printing press cylinder repair

Cylinders with Deep Dents and Holes

Damage: Deep holes from bolts, nuts, allen wrenches, etc.
Example:

"I own a printing press.  My cylinders are chrome plated so they will not rust or corrode.

One day a plate clamp bolt broke and fell into my press and imbedded itself between two of its cylinders."

In Press Solution: Spray weld and grind to good-looking solids.
